Introducing Beth
Beth Lewis has spent her career on the sidelines of elite sport before ever setting foot in a clinic, and it shows in the way she treats. Growing up, she represented Wales in both athletics and tetrathlon, and that early grounding in competition and physical resilience has stayed with her through a career that now spans professional football, rugby and one of London's leading longevity clinics.
Since qualifying, Beth has worked pitch-side at Hull City Football Club's academy, as Lead Physiotherapist for Chiswick Rugby, including medical lead duties on overseas tours to Malta and Türkiye, and across a run of private practice work with Worcester Warriors Women, Severn Stars Netball and several rugby clubs. She currently splits her time between The Swiss Touch and Hooke London, a multidisciplinary longevity and performance clinic, where she develops bone density and osteoporosis strength programmes for a high-net-worth clientele, work that sits at the sharper, research-led end of physiotherapy. Her MSc research, carried out with Gloucester Rugby, investigated whether running biomechanics drills could reduce posterior chain injury risk in elite players, a question that still shapes how she approaches every running-related injury she treats today.
Away from professional sport, Beth is rarely still. She has taken on performance rowing and CrossFit, is now training for her first triathlon alongside regular running and cycling, and still rides whenever she can, with a particular love of eventing. It gives her a genuine, lived understanding of what it takes to keep training through a niggle, and exactly when that niggle needs proper attention instead.

Beyond the clinic
Beth represented Wales at national level in athletics and tetrathlon growing up, and has never really stopped taking on a new physical challenge since. Recent years have brought performance rowing, CrossFit, and now running, cycling and her first steps into triathlon, alongside a long-standing love of horse riding and eventing whenever she gets the chance. She speaks English and Welsh.
