Our story from Verbier to London,

where passion meets precision

The Swiss Touch began in Verbier, Switzerland, where founders Laura and Lily met while working at a renowned physiotherapy clinic. Their shared passion for wellness, skiing, and outdoor adventure laid the foundation for a lifelong partnership.

In 2019, they acquired The Verbier Touch, transforming it into a boutique destination for expert physiotherapy, trusted by Verbier’s international elite. Driven by demand, they expanded to London in 2023, bringing the precision and expertise of Swiss physiotherapy to the city.

At The Swiss Touch, we deliver bespoke treatments that combine medical excellence, personalised care, and luxury wellness. Trusted by royalty, global leaders, and high-profile individuals, we are redefining the physiotherapy experience for those who expect the very best.

2019 marked a new chapter as Laura, alongside her colleague Lily, took the helm of a luxury physiotherapy and massage business in the exclusive ski resort of Verbier, Switzerland. Their leadership has propelled the company to become Verbier's foremost provider of physiotherapy services, largely through word-of-mouth recommendations.

Laura's personal sporting achievements, including competing at a national level in the 800m, have endowed her with a deep understanding of movement analysis and injury prevention. This expertise is further enhanced by her passion for skiing, a regular pursuit during her time in Verbier.

Her love for both her profession and the outdoors has taken her around the globe, enriching her expertise and perspective, which she brings back to her mountain home.

In 2019, together with Laura, Lily co-managed a luxury physiotherapy and massage business in the exclusive ski resort of Verbier, Switzerland. Under their stewardship, the company swiftly became the preferred provider of physiotherapy services in Verbier, and has since expanded its offerings to London, receiving a warm reception from their client base.

When not working, Lily is an outdoor enthusiast, often found hiking with her two dogs and embracing the serenity of nature.
