Consistency of Care for the World's Ultra High Net Worth Individuals
A Practice Defined by Consistency
For ultra high net worth individuals, access to exceptional acute medical care is rarely the challenge. What is rarer, and what matters more over time, is what follows: the continuity, the coordination, and the quiet assurance that every stage of a client's care is held to the same standard.
This is the foundation on which Swiss Touch was built.
Established in Verbier over 23 years ago and now present in Mayfair and Kensington, Swiss Touch has developed a reputation among the world's leading medical concierge companies as a practice that can be trusted unconditionally. Our clients are international. Their expectations are high. And their care, at every touchpoint, reflects that.
Consistency at Swiss Touch is not a policy. It is the result of a senior clinical team who know their patients deeply, who communicate with precision, and who hold themselves to a standard that goes well beyond the appointment itself.
The Same Hands, Across Two Countries
A significant proportion of our patients divide their time between London and Switzerland. For those with ongoing relationships with our Verbier clinic, their care continues without interruption across both locations. The same clinical standards, the same depth of knowledge, the same unhurried attention.
For clients who sustain an injury during the Alpine season and return to London for rehabilitation, there is no loss of clinical continuity, no repetition of history, and no adjustment period. Their care simply continues.
This is not something most practices can offer. It is something our clients have come to rely upon.
Trusted by Those Who Refer the Most Demanding Clients
We work with a number of the world's foremost medical concierge organisations. These are relationships built over years, grounded in mutual confidence and a shared commitment to exceptional outcomes. The concierge teams who refer to us do so because they know their client will be met with genuine care, clinical excellence, and an unwillingness to compromise on either.
We are a small practice by design. Every client receives the direct attention of a senior physiotherapist. Notes are reviewed before every appointment. Correspondence is thorough, timely, and calibrated to the needs of the wider clinical team. When a client's circumstances require flexibility, whether in scheduling, location, or the pace of their programme, we find a way.
What We Treat
Our clinical scope encompasses:
We work in close coordination with orthopaedic consultants, neurologists, and specialist physicians, and contribute to multidisciplinary records where required.
Objective Functional Assessment
For clients where objective functional data is valuable, we offer movement screening using VALD HumanTrak, providing reproducible assessment of strength, movement quality, and asymmetry across the rehabilitation journey. This technology allows us to track progress with precision and communicate outcomes clearly to the wider medical team.
Insurance and Administration
We accept referrals from BUPA International, Cigna, Allianz Care, Healix, and AXA PPP among others, and manage international insurance administration with discretion on behalf of our patients.
A Partnership Built on Trust
For medical concierge professionals, a referral carries weight. We do not take that lightly. Our responsibility to you is the same as our responsibility to your client: to provide care that is thorough, consistent, and worthy of the confidence placed in us.
If you would like to discuss how Swiss Touch can support your clients in London or across our Alpine network, we welcome the conversation.

Physiotherapy as Preventative Medicine
The most sophisticated approach to health is not reactive. Among clinicians and longevity researchers, there is broad consensus that interventions of greatest value are those that precede dysfunction rather than respond to it.

What World Class Physiotherapy Actually Looks Like
Most people have experienced competent physiotherapy. For a certain cohort of patient, however, competence is not the threshold they are measuring against. The question is more demanding.
